About Us
We are pleased to announce the birth of Universal PeaceWheel. This model is made to adhere to any vehicle using the same adhesive auto manufacturers use for their emblems. To date we have sold over 500 PeaceWheels. Some are traveling throughout the world to far off lands such as Israel, Alaska, Spain, France and 13 other countries including the U.S.
It is an amazing process to take an idea and turn it into something tangible. Peace is not a product for sale, but it helps to have a friendly symbol that reminds people of something good. It feels right to take action and work toward a worthy goal.
To complete the circle we are donating 10% of all proceeds to the Carter Foundation www.cartercenter.org, so they can continue their efforts in waging peace throughout the world.
From our heart to your vehicle to the Carter Foundation.
Feel the Peace.
A Brief History of PeaceWheels
Excited about the possibility of peace Karen and Chuck decided to spread the word.
Karen and Chuck were married in Sept. 2006 and joined their families of 6 children. They purchased a 1987 Vanagon so they could all ride together in one vehicle. As Chuck began restoring it, they discovered that Volkswagon no longer makes replacement parts for the front VW emblem (theirs had broken off). So Chuck handmade a peace sign. People driving by began noticing and giving the thumbs up. We realized our little sign was making a difference and we began receiving numerous requests to produce them. In October 2007 we were introduced to a small manufacturing company in Paso Robles, California and began production.
We hope you will join us in our desire to "spread the word."
10% of our profits are donated to the Carter Center and their mission to "Wage Peace" in the world.
